Year 2000 Compliance Statement

FileWare has tested its current products under Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0 and to its knowledge the current versions of FileWare's products are year 2000 compliant. FileWare's products are designed to utilize dates provided by your computer's operating system.

Be advised that if your computer, through its BIOS, operating system or otherwise fails to provide proper dates to our programs, FileWare's products may not operate properly. This problem is beyond FileWare's control or ability to affect.

In the event FileWare discovers a need to modify or otherwise change its products with respect to year 2000 compliance, any such modification or upgrade may be made available to the general public at no cost to registered users.

Please be advised as follows:

FileWare warrants that the current versions of its products do not have a year 2000 compliance problem.

FileWare shall not as a result of the foregoing warranty have any obligation to provide notice of upgrades to you with respect to year 2000 compliance.

FileWare shall not be liable for any warranties, costs, damages or other expenses beyond the warranty expressed herein and those warranties provided in its product packaging.

Should you, in your use of our products discover what you believe might be a specific year 2000 problem, please contact our technical support department.

FileSync - All versions from 1.52 onwards

FTPSync - All versions

CmdSync - All versions

FileDiff - All versions

LastChance - All versions

Definition of Year 2000 Compliance regarding FileWare's Products

FileWare defines Year 2000 Compliance to mean: the documented performance, features and functionality of FileWare products will not be affected by dates prior to, during and after year 2000; provided that all other products, specifically including the computer's BIOS and operating system, properly provide dates to FileWare's products.
