Command line option /R

The recurse sub-folders option specifies that all sub-folders of the specified paths should be included in the copying/deleting operation.

Example:

C:>Cmdsync d:\MyData "*.* -*.bak" e:\MyDataBackup /S /I /R /D /Lc:\mylog.txt /X
